With a background in hospitals and a transformative chapter at the world-renowned Chiva-Som, Fah now embraces a deeply holistic and personalized approach to wellness, rooted in balance across body, mind, and emotions.

A Journey that Evolved with Experience

Fah’s wellness path began in traditional healthcare. “Becoming a physiotherapist and training in different hospitals showed me how much prevention, proper care, and rehab can really make a difference,” she says. But it was her time at Chiva-Som that opened her eyes to a more integrated way of supporting health. “It helped me understand the importance of a holistic approach — taking care of the body, mind, and emotions for true wellness.”

Today, her work is centered on this very philosophy. “My approach has become more holistic and personalized. I now see wellness as a balance of physical, mental, and emotional health, focusing on the overall well-being of each individual.”

The Power of a Simple Breath

When asked to share one small practice that can make a real difference in someone’s life, Fah’s answer is refreshingly simple: “Breathing mindfully. Just a few minutes every day, I’m sure you will notice the difference.” In a fast-paced world, this reminder to slow down and return to the breath is a gentle yet powerful anchor.

For Fah, balance starts with consistency. Her non-negotiable daily ritual? “Rooting and meditation.” These quiet moments allow her to reconnect with herself and reset; no matter what the day brings. It’s this intention to stay grounded that shapes the way she approaches both life and her work with others.
