ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, just email us at hello@moringaprojectthailand.com with your order details and shipping address—we’ll get back to you with a quote.
- How long does shipping take?
Within Thailand, deliveries usually arrive in 2–4 business days. International orders can take 7–14 business days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Get in touch with us as soon as possible via email or Instagram DM.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
- My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If it’s past the expected delivery window, please email hello@moringaprojectthailand.com. We’re here to help.
- How do I apply a discount code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout before payment.
- Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one code can be applied per order.
- What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Thai bank transfer. If you're having trouble checking out, email us and we’ll send you a direct payment link.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURNS
- Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- If you experience an allergic reaction, stop using the product and email us with a photo anddescription.
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photo proof.
In all circumstances please advise us within 7 days of receiving the product via email to hello@moringarprojectthailand.com or DM us on Instagram.
Please note: Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes may not be eligible for return unless damaged or faulty.
- My item arrived incorrect—what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email hello@moringaprojectthailand.com or DM us on Instagram @moringaprojectthailand.com within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
- How can I contact customer support?

- How can I join?
Joining is quick and easy. Click on the "Rewards" tab at the bottom right of our website. You’ll alsosee ‘Ways to Earn’ and ‘Ways to Redeem’.
- How do I check how many points I have?
Log in to the Rewards Centre. Your point balance will be displayed there.
- Can I refer a friend?
Yes! Share your personal referral link (found in the Rewards Centre) and your friend will receive 15% off. If they make a purchase, you’ll also receive a 15% discount voucher. Win win!

MORINGA 101
- What is moringa, and why is it good for your skin?
Moringa oil comes from the seeds of the Moringa oleifera tree—also known as the “miracle tree.” It’s rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and E, and essential fatty acids that deeply nourish the skin. This nutrient-dense oil helps combat dryness, calm inflammation, and restore a healthy, radiant glow.
- What are the skincare benefits of moringa oil?

- Is moringa oil suitable for acne-prone skin?
Yes. Moringa oil is non-comedogenic (it won’t clog pores), and its natural antibacterial and anti- inflammatory properties make it especially helpful for calming breakouts.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- What ingredients do you use?
We focus on clean, natural formulations. Our hero product—the Moringa Facial Oil—is made with 100% cold-pressed moringa oil. All our products are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, SLS, and other harsh chemicals.
- Are your products vegan?
Yes. Every product in our range is 100% vegan—crafted with plant-based ingredients and no animal-derived components.
- Is Moringa Project cruelty-free?
Always. We never test on animals and are committed to ethical sourcing and responsibleproduction at every stage.
- Are your products organic?
Our moringa oil is cold-pressed from organically grown trees in Thailand. While not every ingredient in our formulas is certified organic, we prioritise natural, clean, and sustainably sourced botanicals.
- Where is your moringa oil sourced from?
Our oil is harvested from trusted farms in Thailand, including our own farm in Hua Hin. We work closely with local farmers to ensure quality from seed to bottle.
- Do your products contain artificial fragrance?
No. We only use natural essential oils to scent our products—nothing synthetic.
- What’s the difference between Dusk and Dawn scents?
Dusk is grounding and warm, with woody notes—perfect for your evening wind-down.
Dawn is bright and citrusy, with uplifting botanicals to start your day on a fresh note.
SKIN TYPE & USAGE
- Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Our formulas are gentle and suitable for dry, oily, combination, and sensitive skin.
- Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We avoid common irritants and harsh chemicals, but we recommend a patch test if you have known sensitivities.
- Can I use your products if I have eczema or psoriasis?
Our products aren’t medicated, but moringa oil’s anti-inflammatory properties may help calm flare-ups. Many customers with eczema have reported positive results. Always patch test and consult your dermatologist first.
- How often should I use Moringa Body Oil?
You can use it daily—especially after showering or whenever your skin needs hydration and glow.
- Can I layer the body oil with lotion?
Yes! Apply body oil to damp skin, then layer with lotion if desired.
- Is it safe to use your products during pregnancy?
Our formulas are gentle and natural. The 100% moringa Facial Oil is especially popular for belly massages and dry skin. Our body oils and other products are recommended for pregnancies post 3 months. However, always consult your physician to ensure the products align with your pregnancy care.
- What is the shelf life of your products?
24 months from manufacturing.
- How long do they last once opened?
For best results, use within 6–12 months of opening. Refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbolon each label.
- How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep lids tightly closed and avoid contact with water or dirty hands.
- How do I use the Moringa Facial Oil?
Warm 2–3 drops between your palms and gently press into clean skin, morning or night. Use alone or under makeup for a dewy finish.
- Can I use Moringa Facial Oil every day?
Yes. It’s safe for daily use and works especially well on dry, sensitive, or stressed-out skin.

- How do you ensure you are sourcing responsibly?
We work directly with small-scale producers to ensure fair trade practices and support sustainable livelihoods. We are committed to creating a positive social impact.
- Are your packaging materials recyclable?
Yes. Our aluminium tubes, glass bottles, and paper tubes are recyclable. We’re always looking for ways to reduce waste and improve our footprint.
- Do you offer refill options?

- Do take back used packaing?
