How to keep yourself hydrated in Thailand's hottest month

Summer is here, and with it comes the scorching heat that can make it challenging to stay hydrated. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, and even heatstroke, so it's crucial to make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day. In this blog post, we'll discuss some tips on how to stay hydrated during the hot temperature months.

Glass of water to stay hydrated

1. Drink Water Regularly

The easiest and most obvious way to stay hydrated during hot weather is to drink water regularly. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water per day, and more if you're sweating a lot or spending time in the sun. If you struggle to remember to drink water, try setting reminders on your phone or keeping a water bottle with you at all times.

Another way to stay hydrated is to eat foods that are high in water content. Some examples of water-rich foods include watermelon, cucumbers, celery, strawberries, and lettuce. These foods not only hydrate your body, but they also provide important nutrients and antioxidants.

3. Use Face and Body Oils

Face and body oils can be a great way to keep your skin hydrated, especially if you choose an oil that is specifically formulated for hydration like Moringa Oil. They are rich in nourishing ingredients such as essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which can help to deeply moisturize and nourish the skin. When you apply a face oil, it penetrates deeply into the skin and creates a protective barrier on the skin's surface, helping to lock in moisture and protect from environmental stressors. It replenishes the skin with all the nutrients it needs to keep healthy.  Body oils are best to just right after the shower to lock in moisture.
