Shipping

We do not accepts returns due to the nature of our product.

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately at hello@moringaprojectthailand.com and provide an image of the damaged item(s). We will happily replace any damaged products provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. There is no additional shipping fee for replacement of damaged items.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade with 100% natural ingredients with no added chemicals. You may find slight variations batch to batch (for example, slight changes in color) and some residue at the bottom of your bottle because we do not use chemical processes.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase.  If you are dissatisfied in any way,  please email us at hello@moringaprojectthailand.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can come to a resolution.

Shipping

Domestic Orders:

All deliveries within Thailand is via Kerry and will take 3-5 business days and charged at a flat rate of 60 baht. Please allow for a 2 day processing time. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped using International ePacket Service (weight-based shipping) which will arrive in 7-10 business days from date of shipment.  Pricing will depend on which zone you are in. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Moringa Project Thailand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
